You make web sites. Youre reading at the bus stop. You click a link and discover a gorgeous web site optimized for mobile: great proportion, lovely type, loads fast. You think, "Man, I wish I could grab a screen capture of this for later." Now you can!

Capsize lets you capture the entirety of a mobile web site, soup to nuts. Its stored in your devices Photo app for later study or retrieval. Send it to your client! Store it for archiving! Need to grab a capture of a mobile site you made for your portfolio? We made Capsize just for you. And, if youre configured your Photo app to synchronize with Photo Stream, it will appear automatically in iPhoto. Youre welcome!

Killer Features:

- Captures literally *anything*. Where other capture apps choke or crash, Capsize thrives. Go on, try to throw a gigantic web site at it: itll grab it!
- Auto-load the pasteboard. Copy a URL in Safari, open in Capsize: it will prompt you to load whatever youve got in the clipboard. And if you already loaded it once, it wont prompt you again! Super handy.
- URL omnibar. Cant remember the URL you want to capture? You can input search terms right in the URL bar.

Note:

For gigantic pages (like, say, a Smashing Magazine article with ridiculous comments), Capsize will save the screen capture to the File Sharing section of your Apps tab in iTunes. This is because some files are too big to save in your Photo app. Just synch your device with iTunes, click Apps, scroll down to File Sharing and click on the Capsize icon. Youll see a list of the stored captures and how large they are. Click Save to… and youre golden.
